Payments and Catering
Payments made for trips, resources and catering can be made via the School Gateway.
For new users setting up an account, you will need to use the same mobile phone number and email address that you have provided the school as your contact details. If these have changed, please contact the school office.
For parents unable to access the internet, please discuss alternative payment options with our finance office or in the case of a trip, please discuss with the trip coordinator.
Our Biometric payment system enables students to pay for meals in school by scanning their finger rather than carrying cash. As well as shortening the queueing time for our students, it also provides parents with a balance of their dinner money in their online Gateway account.
Cash is no longer accepted at the till points.
For those students whose parents would prefer not give consent for their child to be registered on the biometric system, a five digit PIN number will be allocated to them instead to use at the cashless till. Please note that PIN codes are not as secure and it will be the student's responsibility to remember the code and keep it to themselves at all times.
Parents may add credit to catering accounts via the School Gateway, for parents unable to access the internet, cheques will be accepted by the school Finance Office.
A daily ‘spend limit’ of £5 is programmed into the system but this can be changed by written request to the school finance office.
