Freshers Day

Thursday 27 June 2024 (times TBC)

The focus of this relaxed and fun event will be to get to know our sixth form site, our staff, and fellow students. Applicants who have applied for a sixth form place will need to confirm they are attending by completing online registration. The link to this form will be sent via email to all priority 1 parent/carer contacts. Transport to this event: It will be possible on the morning of this event for students to travel to Freshers on the following Burgate bus routes free of charge; B1-B6 and 763. Return travel will be possible at the end of this event to Salisbury city centre only via the X3. It will not be possible for non-Burgate Freshers to travel on any of our other Burgate bus routes on this day.

Sixth Form Open Evening

Booking is not required. You are welcome to arrive at any time during this event to meet subject staff, students and visit our sixth form facilities. There will be a short talk from the Headteacher and Head of Sixth Form at 18.15 and repeated at 19.15.

Sixth Form College Taster Day for Year 11 students

Year 11 students must register for a place via a link on our website here. Registration for this event will close 1 November 2023. Transport to this event: It will be possible on the day of this event for students to travel to and from Taster Day on the following Burgate bus routes free of charge; B1-B6 and 763. It will not be possible for visiting non-Burgate students to travel on any of our other Burgate bus routes on this day.
